This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter — the Personal Data Law), Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies, and Information Protection,” as well as other applicable regulations. The Policy defines the procedure for the collection, recording, processing, accumulation, use, dissemination, transfer, storage, and destruction of personal data of personal data subjects of LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “NATURAL RESOURCE” (hereinafter — the Organization).
The terms and definitions used in this Policy are applied in accordance with the Personal Data Law.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the protection of personal data against unauthorized access and disclosure.
Categories of data subjects whose personal data are processed include potential and current clients, potential and current counterparties, individuals whose data are related to the performance of contracts, users of the Organization’s websites, and authors of inquiries addressed to the Organization.
Personal data include full name and date of birth, passport details, registered and residential address, contact details such as phone number and email, as well as technical information including IP address, MAC address, device ID, cookies, browser type, and operating system information.
The Organization does not publish personal data without the prior consent of the data subject.
